• Orders are processed promptly; delivery times vary by location. Free UK shipping via Royal Mail Tracked 48; faster and international shipping options are available at additional cost.

• We accept Debit/Credit Cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

• Refunds/returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if products are unused and in original packaging. Contact support@royalglowstore.com for returns.

2️⃣ Affiliate Program Terms

• Affiliates earn a 15% commission on every sale they refer, with a 30-day tracking cookie.

• Minimum payout threshold is £20. Commissions become eligible for payout 10 days after the order, allowing time for returns.

3️⃣ Dropshipping Terms

• Orders must be placed with us for fulfillment. We will ship directly to the end customer.

• Dropship partners must ensure accurate customer details; we are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect information.

• Payment must be completed before order fulfillment.

• We reserve the right to adjust pricing or discontinue products with prior notice.

4️⃣ Distribution Terms

• Distributors must order a minimum of 10 cartons per product.

• We provide marketing support, including assistance with Amazon, eBay, or TikTok Shop setups.

• Distributors agree to sell Royal Glow products responsibly and maintain brand integrity.

• Orders and payments follow agreed terms; late payments may result in paused shipments or account closure.

5️⃣ Intellectual Property

All product names, images, logos, and related branding are the property of Royal Glow. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

6️⃣ Limitation of Liability

Royal Glow is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or other losses resulting from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the relevant product or service.

7️⃣ Governing Law
