At Royal Glow, we want you to love your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains your rights when returning products bought from royalglowstore.com, as well as terms for partners in our affiliate, dropshipping, and distribution programs.

1️⃣ Returns for Retail Customers

  • You may return products within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • To start a return, contact us at support@royalglowstore.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.

2️⃣ Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos showing the issue.

  • We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund, including return shipping costs.

3️⃣ Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4️⃣ Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used hair color products unless faulty or incorrect.

5️⃣ Affiliate, Dropship & Distribution Returns

  • Affiliates: commissions are voided on refunded orders.

  • Dropship Partners: returns follow the same terms as retail customers. Orders must be returned unused/unopened for a refund.

  • Distributors: bulk orders are final sale unless products arrive damaged or defective. Any issues must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

6️⃣ Return Shipping Address

You will receive the return address details once your return request is approved. Do not send items back without authorization.
